Question: I have no experience with digital tools. How can I record my measurements on the Cuviva platform and enter responses? 

Answer: The technical devices you will receive at home are designed to be easy to use and maintain. Additionally, your healthcare professionals will be there to guide you, teaching you exactly how to proceed with each step. You will likely find it easy to learn.

Question: How can it be easier to get an overview of the person in care when there are so many parameters to monitor?

For Patients: 

The devices provided for home use are designed to be user-friendly and easy to maintain. If you don’t have a personal device like a smartphone or tablet, Cuviva can supply one for you. Your healthcare team will guide you through each step, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident using the equipment. Many patients find that with a little practice, they can easily manage their health data.

For Healthcare Providers: 

The Cuviva platform is designed to facilitate seamless data collection from patients. Patients can use provided devices to record their vital signs and complete questionnaires. This data is then securely transmitted to the platform, where you can access it in real-time. The system supports various input methods, including manual entry and integration with connected devices, ensuring accurate and timely data collection to inform patient care.
By leveraging the Cuviva platform, both patients and healthcare providers can collaborate effectively, ensuring accurate health monitoring and timely interventions when necessary.

How can I get an overview of the person in care when there are so many patients and parameters to monitor?

Answer: All observations, including measured parameters and questionnaire responses, are reported by the system and available in the health care professionals user interface. You only see data from the patients you are authorised to see and you can get a summary view of these patients. You can filter and sort the view depending on your needs to see subgroups. You can also look at details for own patient. Most importantly, you can set medical notifications so that you are alerted when values are above/below certain thresholds and these can be personaliced per patient. This is intended for you to easily identify the patients in need for review and for which values are in range

Question: Can I use your solution in the cloud or on-premise?

Answer: Cuviva’s solution can be deployed either in the cloud or on-premise, depending on your preference and business needs.

Question: Can the patient use your solution when they don´t have their own mobile phone or tablet? 

Answer: Yes, healthcare giver or Cuviva can provide devices for users who do not have their own technical devices or are not very technically proficient. These devices can be looked down to only use with Cuviva.

Question: Which Systems do you support?

Answer: Our platform supports open standards such as HL7 FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources by organisation Health Level 7) to ensure seamless integration with other systems. provided that the platform supports integration using open standards like FHIR or HL7.

Question: Can I register the measurements automatically to my existing Patentregister platform with?

Answer: Yes, a client of Cuviva can integrate measurement data automatically into their existing electronic health records or patient register platforms. Cuviva collects patient data from connected devices such as blood pressure monitors and transmits it securely to its cloud platform. From there, the data can be routed to external systems, including EHRs and patient registers, using APIs or integration frameworks provided that the EHR and patient register adhere to these standards.

Question: How long does it take to implement your platform?

Answer: Implementing our platform typically takes between 12 to 16 weeks. This timeline is based on our experience and is considered realistic for most organizations. Factors influencing the implementation duration include the complexity of existing systems, the level of customization required, and the availability of internal resources. We work closely with your team to ensure a smooth and timely integration process.

Question: Which languages do you support? 

Answer: The Cuviva platform fully supports English, Swedish. The clinician user interface is also available in German, Spanish and Dutch and the patient app exists in Somali and Arabic. If necessary, we can easily implement your preferred language.

Question: If we want to have an additional language how long does it take?

Answer: Integrating an additional language into our platform is a straightforward process that can be efficiently managed during the standard implementation phase. Typically, this integration takes approximately 12 weeks, encompassing translation, localization, and thorough testing to ensure a seamless user experience. By aligning the language addition with the implementation timeline, we ensure a cohesive and efficient rollout tailored to your specific needs.
