Jönköping Municipality signs agreement with Cuviva AB

Cuviva’s digital platform strengthens safety and independence

Jönköping Municipality has chosen Cuviva for its digital remote care platform for health, support, and social care. The goal is to strengthen safety, increase independence, and improve the quality of life for citizens receiving home care or supported living services.

Cuviva’s platform is designed to support both citizens and staff by offering digital communication and support solutions. Through the app, citizens can easily receive reminders, plan their daily activities, communicate with staff via chat or video meetings, and access individually tailored support – anytime and anywhere.

– We want to meet future challenges in healthcare and social care by combining proximity and human compassion with modern digital technology. With Cuviva’s platform, we can support more citizens while freeing up time for our employees to focus on situations where physical presence is truly needed, says Dan Kax, Head of IT and Digitalization at the Social Services Department, Jönköping Municipality.

The platform enables staff to provide better support in daily life, where some measures can be carried out digitally, complementing or in some cases replacing physical meetings. This creates a win-win situation where citizens receive individual support when they need it, while staff benefit from a better working environment and can help more people.
