We want to congratulate Natalie Simander, Digital Assistant Nurse, and Tyresö Municipality for their broad introduction of Digital Home Care – an initiative that is making a big difference for home care recipients in the municipality.
At Cuviva, we are proud that our platform supports Natalie and Tyresö Municipality on their journey toward more modern, efficient, and personalized home care. Through our collaboration, we can continue to develop innovative solutions that empower both caregivers and recipients.
Natalie Simander has also been named the winner in the healthcare assistant category of the Queen Silvia Nursing Award 2024 in Sweden – a historic year as it was the first time municipalities across the country were invited to nominate deserving candidates. Natalie was nominated by Mikaela Sjöberg, Operations Developer and Project Manager for Welfare Technology and Digitalization in Tyresö Municipality.
Through the project “Digital Healthcare Assistant – Human Support Through Digital Capabilities”, Natalie demonstrates impressive innovation and dedication. Every morning at 7 AM, she sends personalized good morning messages to 50 elderly recipients, shares local updates, organizes video calls for social interaction, and sends reminders for home visits and physical activities.
Natalie’s work exemplifies the forward-thinking approach needed to meet future challenges in elderly care. Her leadership and dedication have improved the quality of life for many and set a new standard for digital home care in Sweden.
We look forward to continuing this important innovation journey together with Natalie and Tyresö Municipality.
